Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (UK & EU): 3-5 business days
- International/Supplier Shipped Items: 7-14 business days
Please note that some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad, which may result in longer delivery times. You will be notified at checkout if your item falls into this category.
